Last updated May 07, 2026

This Privacy Notice for Routinely Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you visit https://licensurelog.com/, use Licensure Log, or engage with us in other related ways, including marketing or events.

Licensure Log is a private online workspace that helps architecture licensure candidates track experience hours toward the NCARB Architectural Experience Program (AXP) requirement. Users log daily work entries categorized by AXP experience area and competency, monitor progress toward the 3,740-hour goal, organize supervisor submissions, and generate formatted reports for mentor review. The tool is intended for personal use only. Each account holds only that user's own data. It has no affiliation with NCARB or any licensing authority.

Questions or concerns? Reading this Privacy Notice will help you understand your privacy rights and choices. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services. If you have questions or concerns, contact us at support@licensurelog.com.
