Onboarding

Correct approved hours entered during onboarding

Fix a typo in the prior approved credit you brought in from My NCARB during setup.

Use this when the hours imported during onboarding are close but one AXP area, total, or approved-through date needs a correction.

  1. 01Open Submissions from the app navigation.
  2. 02Open See imported hours and previous submissions below the new-submission section.
  3. 03Choose Edit credit, correct the AXP area totals and last approved submission date, then save.
  4. 04Use Clear credit only if those approved hours should not exist in Licensure Log.
  5. 05Return to Dashboard or Reports to confirm cumulative AXP totals reflect the corrected credit.

Prepare a submission range for My NCARB

Preview report-range totals, copy them, then track the range after filing in My NCARB.

Use this before filing a date range in My NCARB so Licensure Log can show the same area totals and keep later entries from crossing approved boundaries.

  1. 01Open Submissions and start a new submission range.
  2. 02Pick a start and end date that are after your last approved submission date.
  3. 03Preview totals and copy the area breakdown.
  4. 04File the matching range in My NCARB.
  5. 05Save the range in Licensure Log, then mark it submitted after filing.

Understand locked entries and approved credit

Why some dates, hours, areas, and competencies cannot be edited after submission.

Locked fields protect the dates and totals that have already been submitted or approved, while leaving ordinary entry notes editable where possible.

  1. 01Entries inside pending or approved submission ranges lock their date, hours, AXP area, and competency.
  2. 02Entries on or before your last approved credit date are also protected by the approved boundary.
  3. 03Project, task details, public summary, learnings, tags, and private notes remain editable where possible.
  4. 04If a pending report needs changes, mark it changes requested before editing locked fields.
  5. 05If prior approved credit has a typo, open the imported-hours disclosure on Submissions and correct it there.

  3. 03Export CSV, Markdown, DOCX, or print views only after confirming the range.
  4. 04Private notes are not selected by report queries and do not appear in exports.
