Owner and agreement
Licensure Log is owned and operated by Routinely Solutions LLC, a company operating in California. By creating an account or purchasing Easy Catch-Up, you agree to these Terms.
What Licensure Log does
Licensure Log helps architecture candidates record project work, track AXP progress, organize context, and prepare candidate-owned supervisor-ready reports. It is a private productivity workspace, not a licensing authority.
Your account and records
You are responsible for account security and for reviewing the accuracy, completeness, classification, and privacy of entries and exports before using them with a mentor, supervisor, employer, NCARB, or a state board.
NCARB boundary
My NCARB remains the official system of record for AXP submissions and approvals. Licensure Log is not affiliated with or endorsed by NCARB and does not replace NCARB requirements, supervisor approval, or state board rules.
Free AXP tracker and Easy Catch-Up
Entries, progress, submissions, goals, deterministic reports, and document exports are free without a card. Easy Catch-Up is an optional $9 one-time purchase for one reviewed import batch containing multiple supported spreadsheet files. It does not include recurring import access or automatic NCARB submission.
Payment and change-of-mind refunds
Easy Catch-Up does not renew. A change-of-mind refund is available within 14 days only through Refund and close account in AXP setup. After you confirm permanent deletion, staff refunds Stripe first and deletes the account only after Stripe confirms success. Failed-service, duplicate-charge, fraud, legally required, and other technical refunds do not require account deletion. If a refund fails, the account is not deleted.
AI-assisted classification
Easy Catch-Up parses files without AI first. Minimum row text may be used only when an AXP area or competency cannot otherwise be identified. AI output is an editable draft, not an official classification, approval, or professional determination. Provider failure or budget exhaustion falls back to manual review.
Email communications
We may send necessary account, security, billing, support, and material service-change messages to the email associated with your account. Product tips, release announcements, and promotional messages are optional and are sent only while your marketing preference is enabled. You can turn that preference off in Settings or use the unsubscribe method in a marketing email.
Acceptable use
Do not upload malicious content, attempt to access another account, interfere with the service, misuse imports or AI, or use the product to misrepresent official experience records.
Availability and changes
Online services can be interrupted by maintenance or provider outages. We may improve or change the product and will present material paid-offer changes before purchase.
Liability boundary
Licensure Log provides organizational software and general information, not legal, architectural, licensing, employment, tax, or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that a board, supervisor, employer, or NCARB will accept any record or conclusion.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
